At Microblading Charleston, we want to make sure you are prepared for your upcoming service. Please take the time to read the list below.
The following must be stopped and/or avoided prior to your appointment:
No aspirin, anti-inflammatories or cold and flu medication 72 hours prior to procedure.
Fish oils must be stopped a minimum of seven days prior.
Do not tan or have sunburned face.
No waxing or tinting eyebrows three days prior.
No alcohol 24 hours before your procedure.
No chemical peels 4 weeks pre or post Microblading service.
Client must wait 2 weeks after Botox treatment to the facial area before receiving Mircoblading service.
Reninols/Retin or glycolics must be stopped seven days prior.
CONTRAINDICATIONS TO MICROBLADING:
Please notify Microblaing Charleston before booking an appointment if you have one of the medical problems listed below:
Cancer - Client must be in remission and off of medication for six months, unless given written consent from their attending physician.
Diabetes - Can be considered on case by case basis.
Hepatitis B or C
Accutane - Clients must be off Accutane for 12 months.
Eczema, psoriasis, or skin irritation in the treated area
Prior organ transplant
Chronic steroids (prednisone) greater than 2 weeks duration
