Eyebrow Services

Microblading, Powder Brows, and Combo Brows are all semi-permanent cosmetic procedures that use a form of tattooing to manually deposit pigment into the upper layers of the skin in order to enhance the shape, size, and color of your natural eyebrows. It is important to choose a skilled and experienced Artist, as these procedures require much precision and artistry to create natural-looking results.

  • microblading

    Microblading

A hand tool is used to put pigment under the first layer of skin and create hair-like strokes. Microblading does not replace makeup. It only gives you more “hairs,” and you will see skin in between each stroke. This technique is perfect for those wanting a natural look.

  • powder brows

    Powder Brows

A machine is used to create brows that look more like brow makeup. Coverage can be customized to be light, medium, or heavy. This service is ideal for those who want a more defined look, need a correction from a previous procedure, or have oily skin and/or large pores.

  • combo brows

    Combo Brows

Combo Brows is a mix of Microblading and Powder Brows. This technique helps achieve the appearance of natural brows that have been applied with brow makeup. Hair-like strokes are placed throughout. You will see pigment between each stroke instead of skin.

Pricing

  • If you have never had your brows done before, this service is for you. Microblading, Powder Brows, and Combo Brows for untouched brows always require 2 sessions—an initial session and a perfecting session. It is very important to complete both of them in order to achieve your best results. The perfecting session must be completed within 6-8 weeks of your initial session. If you cancel, reschedule, or complete your perfecting session after the 6-8 week window, an additional fee will apply. Here is the payment schedule:

    • $75 non-refundable booking deposit (applied toward total cost)

    • $500 due at initial session

    • $200 due at perfecting session

In rare cases, a 3rd session may be necessary due to skin type and/or lack of proper aftercare. If you happen to need a 3rd session, it must be completed within 6-8 weeks of your perfecting session, and an hourly rate of $60 will be charged. These sessions are only scheduled by request, so please call or email us to book.

  • Existing clients are not required to visit us each year to get the yearly refresher price. However, when you start filling in your brows with makeup or find yourself desiring a different size, shape, or color, it’s time to come and see us. We cannot spot treat your brows, so please wait until the entire area needs to be treated before you book a yearly refresher service. Here is the payment schedule:

    • $25 non-refundable booking deposit (applied toward total cost)

    • $350 due at yearly refresher

  • If you are a new client coming in for a yearly refresher from another studio, the price is $500. In order to book this service, you must text a photo of your existing brows to 330-805-0084 and then receive approval from us to book. Once you are an established client, you will receive the yearly refresher price for existing clients. The payment schedule for a yearly refresher for new clients is:

    • $50 non-refundable booking deposit (applied toward total cost)

    • $450 due at yearly refresher

Please note that this service may also require a perfecting session 6-8 weeks later. We cannot guarantee that a single session will give you full results since you are coming to see us for the 1st time from another studio. Your needs will depend on how much pigment you have when you come to see us, how deep the previous artist went, and what type of pigment was used. If you require a perfecting session, you will only have to pay the remaining balance of our untouched brows price.

FAQs

  • Anyone who has the desire to fill-in their brows would benefit from Microblading, Powder Brows, or Combo Brows. Someone who might be looking for a different brow shape, color, or size would also be a good candidate.

  • If this is your 1st time receiving semi-permanent makeup, please note it is a 2-step process. Sessions are scheduled 6-8 weeks apart. The 2nd session is not optional, so do not expect to love your brows until after your 2nd session. There is a reason you need to return. You will not retain all of the pigment after the 1st session. The 2 appointments build on top of each other. Microblading, Powder Brows, and Combo Brows are very much cosmetic procedures, not makeup. Just like any other cosmetic procedure, you need to be patient, willing to trust the process, and wait for your final results. But no need to worry, as you are waiting for your 2nd session, you can fill in your brows with makeup if you need to.

  • Microblading, Powder Brows, and Combo Brows can last 6-36 months or more depending on your age, skin type, and lifestyle. We cannot control the factors that affect the longevity of your treatment, so we cannot 100% guarantee how long it will last.

    • Oily skin and large pores around the eyebrow area are unfortunately the worst skin types for these services, and clients with these skin types will usually see the shortest pigment retention.

    • Normal to dry skin is ideal for the longest pigment retention.

    • Those in their 20’s have the highest cell turnover rate, so they can expect the pigment to fade sooner.

    • Those in their 30’s have a slowing cell turnover rate, so the pigment may last longer than someone in her 20’s.

    • Those in their 40’s may see even longer lasting results.

    • Those in their 50’s and up have the slowest cell turn over rate, allowing for optimal pigment retention for years to come.

  • Appointments are booked for 2.5-3 hours. During the 1st hour, we will start by mapping out your brows. We do not use stencils, and this step is very custom for your face shape. You will have a mirror the entire time, so we encourage you to be very involved. We will recommend where the brows should begin, arch, and end. After that, we will choose the width based on your brow bone. This is the most important step, and we will not move forward until we are both totally happy with the size and shape designed for you. You are welcome to get up, take selfies, and look in different mirrors—just never touch the area. And remember, at the end of the day, you are wearing these new brows on your face, not us. It is of utmost importance that you are happy and understand the plan before we begin.

  • The healing phase can be a little emotional at times, but the procedure is well worth it. Healing varies with age and skin type, but you can expect to see your brows go through several phases during the healing process—which takes a full 6-8 weeks.

    • Immediately after the procedure, the pigment will look bold, and your brows will appear more defined than your final results. It is normal to be red around the area.

    • Days 1-3: Your brows will be dark because the pigment is sitting on top of the skin. The brows will appear bold and defined. Some may think they are perfect. You will be able to see every hair stroke. How you are used to wearing your brows everyday will determine if you will feel comfortable in days 1-3.

    • Pro Tip: If you are not used to wearing makeup on your brows, we suggest starting to fill them in days or weeks prior to your appointment. This will make you more comfortable on the day of your appointment—when you see yourself with defined eyebrows for the first time.

    • Days 4-7: The body begins to close the little wounds, and the pigment will start to lighten. You might see a few hair strokes begin to disappear. All of this is normal, and the brows may appear patchy. The pigment is hiding behind a protective layer of skin.

    • Days 8-10: Your brows may become dry and flaky. Do not pick at or remove the flakes. Let them naturally fall off.

    • It will take 6-8 full weeks for the layer of skin to shed off and for you to see your full results from the 1st session. Just at that time is when you will return for your 2nd session, and we will fill in any of the lines that have gone missing. Unfortunately, not all of them will resurface. Hopefully you will retain 60-80% of your pigment, but that will be very dependent on your skin type and how well you follow the aftercare instructions.

  • The discomfort is about a 3 out of 10 on a pain scale. You can expect the procedure to feel like a constant cat scratch or eyebrow tweeze. Most of our clients find it to be more annoying than painful. Once the brow is outlined, we will apply a topical lidocaine cream that kicks in within 30 seconds. You will not feel anything after the cream is applied. The procedure makes a light scratching noise that many find to be uncomfortable, so we always recommend bringing headphones to your appointment. We do not talk while we work, so you will be able to listen to your own music or audio book. There are many reasons we do not pre-numb the skin. We understand every Artist has a different technique, but throughout our years of training, we have come to realize that this is how you will achieve the best results.

  • Yes, Microblading, Powder Brows, and Combo Brows only add the appearance of hair. These procedures do not keep away unwanted hairs. During your appointment, we will groom your brows to match the new shape we have created, but keeping them maintained will be up to you. You will likely be able to tweeze the unwanted hairs yourself since your brow shape will now be more defined.

  • Absolutely not! Microblading, Powder Brows, and Combo Brows each add to the existing hairs that are already in your natural eyebrows.
