No. Cherry uses a soft credit check to determine your approval amount. A soft check does not affect your credit score in any way. The only thing that could affect your score is missing payments after you've been approved and started your plan.

Cherry typically approves clients for up to $10,000, though the exact amount depends on your individual application. For our most of our services, the balance after deposit ranges from $700 to $825 depending on what you book — so any approval in that range covers your service in full. Most of our clients are approved for well above that.

It depends on your approval. Some plans qualify for 0% APR — meaning you pay only the service total, divided into monthly payments. Other plans carry interest based on the term length and your credit profile. Cherry shows you the exact rate and total before you accept any plan.

Studio cancellation policies still apply (see policies). For Cherry specifically, your plan continues as scheduled regardless of appointment changes — you're paying for the service amount you were approved for. Cherry payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your service entirely, there is no refund — but you can transfer your appointment to a future date within the 6-month window. Contact the studio first if this happens and we'll work with you on next steps.

Cherry has a self-service portal where you can update your payment method, change your due date, pay early, or view your balance anytime. You'll receive login details by email when your plan begins.
