Delete your file — except where we're required to keep records for health or legal purposes.
Withdraw photo consent. We'll remove images from social media and our website within a reasonable timeframe.
Opt out of appointment reminders — though you may miss important booking updates.

Data security.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All payment processing happens on Square's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Health information is kept in secure files accessible only to your artist and studio management. Please be aware that no system is 100% secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as required by law.

Children.
South Carolina law prohibits tattooing anyone under 18, including permanent makeup. Our services are for adults only, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
