Ashleigh has been a Licensed Cosmetologist for 18 years. She has spent over a decade traveling the country educating others while working among celebrity stylists in NYC on Madison Ave. She also owned and operated 3 hair salons while spending her time behind the chair transforming the way women looked.
When Microblading hit the beauty industry, she couldn’t live without it. Ashleigh believed it was revolutionary and was determined and dedicated to master this craft and become the best. She spent a year traveling to train with renowned Artists all around the country. After completing 6 Microblading courses, she opened Microblading Charleston in February 2017. It didn’t take long before her 5 star reviews, growing portfolio, and satisfied customers made her the most requested Artist in town.
She believes sharing her craft and teaching others is the key to her industry’s growth and future. At her Microblading Academy she had the opportunity to meet Jonny in October 2018. After completing his training with Ashleigh, she invited him to do an apprenticeship and he soon became a permanent part of her team. Ashleigh began exploring more into the world of permanent makeup. She sought out an Artist who could provide more services to their clients. In September 2021, Lina joined the team as a Master Artist.
Microblading Charleston now offers Lip Blushing, Powder Brows, Microblading, and Eyeliner Tattoos. JONNY SHERWOOD, Artist
Jonny Sherwood is a talented Makeup Artist who has honed his skills in the industry from 1998 to 2019. For a span of 18 years, he has made the vibrant community of Mount Pleasant, SC his home.
In 2018, a turning point in life came when Ashleigh brought him in for an apprenticeship at Microblading Charleston. It was during this time that Jonny discovered his deep passion for permanent makeup.
As the years passed, Jonny accumulated 5 years of invaluable experience in the field, becoming not just skilled, but truly obsessed with permanent makeup. He finds immense joy in the transformative power of these techniques and is dedicated to enhancing people's confidence through this art form. Even in his free time, Jonny continues to study and explore the world of permanent makeup, always striving to perfect his skills.
Alongside his artistic pursuits, Jonny finds relaxation in sewing and indulges in pottery classes.
LINA Zollins, Artist
Trained by Elite Microbeau, Lina is an Artist who specializes in Microblading, Powder Brows, Lip Blushing, and Eyeliner Tattooing. Being a perfectionist, Lina is passionate about her art. She views each treatment as an opportunity to create the perfect design that will compliment each client's face—to create a more youthful appearance and take tons of time off of the client’s daily makeup routine.
Lina has been performing cosmetic tattooing for the last 4 years. With the best products and techniques in the industry, she will help you achieve that look that you've been dreaming about.
Lina ensures that each client experiences quality customer service throughout the entire treatment process. She has learned one universal rule from her clients: women want to look fresh, flawless, and beautiful. Lina believes it’s that principle that drives a signature style that is both feminine and natural.
